Robin is a member of The Editorial Freelancers Association, The Association of Writers and Writing Programs, Publishers Marketplace,  The Popular Culture Association, and Thinkhouse Collective, a collaborative work space for creative professionals. 

She is the chapter coordinator for the Northern California Chapter of the EFA.

She is an editor of the creative non-fiction micromagazine Under The Gum Tree.
